John C. Brenke is the managing director of Strat SPA LLC, a consultancy which specializes in
understanding and leveraging complexity to improve organizational strategy. John is a native
Mississippian with 23+ years of demonstrated thought leadership in strategy and business development
functions at Fortune 100 Companies.

John enhances the quality of strategic action by expanding the enterprise’s understanding of its
possibilities. He leverages exhaustive research and innovative analysis to foster input and buy-in of
stakeholders; augments them with a deep sense of history, positive imagination, and persuasive
narratives, and is known for his innovative graphics, compelling frameworks, and the ability to explain

John formed Strat S.P.A. in 2021. The Strat S.P.A. logo, the winged horse Luna, was John’s imaginary
